Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Generally described as clean in multiple reviews; one guest reported an intense fried-fish smell on the 3 rd-floor corridor at dinner, otherwise public areas and rooms are reported tidy.

Service

Staff repeatedly described as very friendly, helpful and accommodating across many reviews (assistance with room requests, welcoming attitude mentioned).

Location

Consistently praised: direct beach access, short walk to beach/harbour, ‘top location’ and excellent views mentioned repeatedly.

Room Quality

Many comments that rooms are dated and in need of renovation, some lack natural light and lower-floor rooms face street noise; renovation noted as planned or underway.

Amenities

Strong amenities: generous outdoor pool, beach facilities, parking, indoor pool mentioned; pool and beach area highly appreciated though some complained about flies by the pool.

Value for Money

Several guests felt the price was high relative to the current condition of rooms (comments about not fully worth the price); renovation may improve perceived value.

Luxurious Beachfront Property

Direct Beach Access and Culinary Delights

This hotel offers direct access to the stunning Falésia Beach and features 2 restaurants serving a variety of culinary delights. Guests can enjoy themed buffets and à la carte Italian cuisine, followed by live music and drinks at the bar.
