Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Dried blood on sheets reported; cleanliness concerns mentioned.

Amenities

Good amenities noted; however, some furniture and tech could be upgraded.

Cleanliness

Generally reported as clean in many reviews, but several guests noted missed room cleanings, bad odors in at least one room and inconsistent housekeeping (including a report of no cleaning for three days).

Service

Mostly positive comments about friendly and helpful staff and good bar service; isolated strong negatives (staff lack of seriousness, issues raised about a scammer in the lobby and at least one instance of poor handling) but overall staff praised in multiple reviews.

Location

Consistently praised as centrally located and very convenient (near Times Square/metro/bus terminal), walking distance to many sites — frequently described as a key strength.

Room Quality

Rooms are clean and beds comfortable with good showers, but many guests remark rooms are small/compact and lack extras (no minibar/fridge), and some issues with bathroom fittings (short shower curtain, slow basin drain).
